Center
driving thickener are for the drainage of
mediocre and tailing slurries in mineral processing practice. They are also
used to concentrate and purify all the porridge, the solids in industries such
as coal, chemicals, building materials and source of water and wastewater
treatment.
This type of Gold Mining Equipment is considered for drainage of middlings and tailings at the
treatment works. It turns the sludge concentration of 20-30% to about 40-70%
for the further operation so as to improve effects dressing. Such thickeners
are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical - used, coal, ore -
dressing, and environmental protection. They have features like reliable
operaton and easy maintenance.
The sludge goes
into the basin concentration by the steady flow drum. Solid particles sink to
the bottom of the basin. They are then scraped off in the middle or the pelvic
floor and automatically loaded by the sand pump or by the discharge mouth. The
clarified liquid overflows from the overflow weir in the upper part.
