Alluvial gold centrifugal machine for Argentina client

These month we have a client from Argentina, there with a big alluvial gold mine area, and need build a whole plant Placer gold centrifugal concentrator plant. Their raw ore with some sticky clay, so need stronger cleaning part to clean it. If use the normal trommel screen machine and vibrating screen machine, the cleaning effect not very well, there some fine particle size gold will loss, so they want to get better solution plant. Our factory main part for the alluvial gold is manufacture trommel scrubber. Our trommel scrubber can design different plant as different raw ore situation. So after our engineers analysis, we will made a big capacity trommel scrubber more than 100t/h. According our client’s sticky clay raw ore, so the washing part is important. We can get better liner inside the trommel and make the trommel washing part longer than normal scrubber. So let the raw ore clean more clear to save the fine size particle gold. And after cleaning they would like to use jig separator and centrifuge gold concentrator to recover the gold. So we configurate the whole plant, and at the end of plant use shaking table to concentrate the gold again. The plant is the best design to solve their problem.
