Mexican copper mine leak



A copper mine in northern Mexico, there have been about 40,000 cubic meters of sewage leaked and poured into a nearby river. This forced the Mexican authorities to limit the supply of water to urban areas. Affected cities include the capital of Sonora - Hermosillo, the city's total populati on of approximately 800,000.

Mexico, a Spanish media reports, leaked toxic substances from Mexico Group Buenavista mine, the mine is only 40km from the United States border. Toxic substances have contaminated the Sonora River, a tributary of the river -Bacanuchi contaminated. The media said that Mexico Water Authority has ordered the company to implement the overall remediation plan.

Mexico's National Water Authority said it was more of a plurality of low Sonora river monitoring, and has allowed the company to stop making any polluted water thing.
